Vpodarok.ru is one of the largest companies in Russia delivering incentive and marketing programs nationwide. The company offers a ready-made B2B/B2C solutions package for employee motivation, an alternative bonus system, as well as tools for increasing customer and partner loyalty to the company. Challenge The task was to build a more structured and flexible brand presence for a company operating across multiple loyalty, motivation, and promotional formats. The visual system had to work consistently across printed materials, illustrations, and communication assets used in different campaign scenarios. What was done I worked on the art direction and brand design of the project, helping shape a clearer visual system for the brand together with the team. The result was a more cohesive visual language applied across printed materials, illustrations, and communication assets, supporting the brand across both B2B and B2C touchpoints.
